Adultes (19 ans et plus) : Prendre 1 capsule, 1 à 2 fois par jour, au moins 2 à 3 heures avant ou après la prise d’antibiotiques. Enfants et adolescents (4 à 18 ans) : Prendre 1 capsule par jour, au moins 2 à 3 heures avant ou après la prise d’antibiotiques. Pour les enfants de moins de 6 ans : Ouvrir la capsule et mélanger son contenu à un aliment ou une boisson avant consommation. Pour éviter tout risque d’étouffement, ne pas laisser les enfants de moins de 6 ans avaler la capsule entière.

For children under 6 years: Open the capsule and mix its contents with food or drink before consumption. To avoid choking hazards, do not let children under 6 years swallow the entire capsule.
